The students developed a micro-economy project called North House Specialties, which sells jam, scarves, greeting cards and birdhouses, and is a micro-economy project staffed by the students themselves.

The 7th and 8th students partnered with the Case-Barlow Farm to care for the grapevines, resulting in baskets of grapes for them to use.

Students manage the grapes throughout the year by learning to prune and cultivate the vines.
Picking the ripe grapes is fun and involves a bit of taste testing.
		Students preserve the grapes and ready the product for sale at the Hudson Farmers' Market and the Pumpkin Festival.
